Haas ’F1 team can’t really but improve from last season.
The Yankee team did not receive any points in 2021. Mick Schumacher and Nikita Mazepin drove all season at the tail end.
Mazepin received entry passes on the eve of a whole new season due to problems caused by Russia’s hostilities. At the same time, the oligarchic father left Dmitrin fertilizer company Uralkali, which was the Main Sponsor of Haas.
The test driver became Schumacher’s teammate candidates Pietro FittipaldiDirected by Alfa Romeo last season Antonio Giovinazzi and coronavirus infected Sebastian Vettel at least in the opening race at Aston Martin Nico Hülkenberg.
Surprisingly, these names were not selected. Team Manager Günther Steiner chose Kevin Magnussenwhich drove to Haas in 2017–20.

Magnussen’s rankings in Haas were last 14, 9, 16 and 20 per year in the drivers’ scoring statistics, respectively, with 19, 56, 20 points and only one last season.
Already one point would be development for Haas. Expectations from outsiders are not high, but the stable believes in improvement.
– Here it seems that the development curve looks upwards, the stable is getting up. There are a lot of new faces on the team and things seem to have gone forward since the last one I saw, Magnussen assures.
Cheerful atmosphere
In the very cold, Magnussen does not jump behind the wheel. He made it to the Bahraini tests like lightning.
There have only been less than two weeks to prepare, but Magnussen was already confident during the tests in Bahrain.
– We have kept in touch since the 2020 season and we have been on good terms, so I have immediately received good instructions regarding the car of the season, Magnussen said in Bahrain according to the Haas press release.
Haas faced extra publicity and pressure as the new season approached. However, according to Magnussen, this has not interfered with doing.
– The atmosphere in the stable is really lively. Everyone is excited, Magnussen says.
In October, a Danish driver celebrating his thirties signed a multi-year agreement with Haas. No further details on the deal have been provided.
