ROma, May 15th. (askanews) – Netflix has announced the renewal of “Bridgerton” for a fifth and a sixth season. The fourth, coming in 2026, will focus on Benedict Bridgerton (played by Luke Thompson), the family’s second son Bohemien. Contrary to his brothers, Benedict is not ready to settle at least until he meets a mysterious and fascinating Lady in Silver during the masked dance organized by his mother, as a widespread clip online reveals.
Launched in 2020 by Netflix and Shondaland, “Bridgerton” has conquered the public from all over the world, becoming a global phenomenon. His three seasons have all ranked among the most popular series ever on Netflix, with the first in fifth place and season 3 at the seventh in the current ranking. Even the prequel loved by the fans, “Queen Charlotte: in Bridgerton Story” (the Queen Carlotta: a story of Bridgerton), dominated the global top 10.
