On Thursday, the Constitutional Court rejected the appeals against the controversial sex education program Evras (Éducation à la Vie Relationnelle, Affective et Sexuelle) in French -speaking education. The Court of Appeal ruled that the program meets the principles of “neutral education” and that it transfers the information in an “objective and critical manner” “without the purpose of indoctrination”.
