“Keep it exciting”: Müller talks about the future

Where does the path lead after the last game in the Bayern jersey? Thomas Müller talks about possible options – however, nothing has been in concrete terms.
Before his last Bundesliga mission for FC Bayern, Thomas Müller has not made a clear decision about his sporting future. “I don’t know yet. There is currently nothing concrete, but of course I have ideas,” said the 35-year-old in an interview with the Pay TV station Sky. “We keep it exciting. I think the next few weeks will show it.”
The upcoming club World Cup (June 14th to July 13th) could play an important role, in which Müller will play for Bayern one last time. “It will be an exciting experience,” says Müller. The offensive player indicated that a change to the USA is also considered: “Sure, I also listen to myself in the USA. I have no complete strategy yet. I was never the type who said: This is now my only idea and we continue,” said Müller.
The veteran, who has been active for Munich for a total of 25 years, will leave the club in summer. He remembered what his original expectations were: “I used to say: I would be happy if I managed to stay at FC Bayern for ten years. That would mean that I would have managed to perform at level for so long. And now I am a record player from FC Bayern,” said the 2014 world champion.
