Henny Huisman feels sewn and sabotaged by Johan Derksen. The TV assistant does not get his soap but not sold and that would be partly due to the today Inside star. “It doesn’t help.”
For a while Henny Huisman has been trying to sell a soap produced by himself about his life to a TV channel such as RTL or SBS, but there is no one who wants it. Right, says Johan Derksen. The SBS 6-star really served Henny at the end of February and hard in today Inside, where he called him an ‘old soul leg’.
Angry to Johan
Henny is very sorry. “That Johan Derksen immediately started to suck it at today Inside without seeing anything about it, of course it did not do well,” he complains in the Weekend.
According to Johan there is no interest at all in a soap about Henny. “Well, there is indeed enough in it,” he bounces back. “It’s about our grandchildren and great -grandchildren. It’s about a teenage mother and a father and two small children with all their daily things and problems. But of course also a lot of fun things.”
“Really enough!”
It’s really fun for the TV viewer, says Henny. “It is about performances by Emma (singer Emma La Croix is Henny’s granddaughter, ed.) And performances of me. Kriss Kross Amsterdam, a dance formation that my nephews Sander and Jordy Huisman are part of it. So there is really enough!”
The TV bosses in Hilversum apparently don’t like it enough. “Apparently they don’t want to. But I’m not going to beg,” he says.
Eighty years
If TV channels still want something with Henny, they have to be there quickly, because he is already 73. “You notice that death is getting closer and closer. My wife Lia and I will both be 74 soon. Well, then you will have six years and then you are eighty! Then you will think about it.”
He concludes: “When the newspaper states:” Henny Huisman died, he turned eighty, “people think: Gosh, that’s a good age. That’s a moment when it’s good, to say so.”
