Linda Manuella, who received her firstborn last fall, tells about her experience with recovery.
Linda feels that she had an easy pregnancy and was able to continue her life and workout almost in the same way through her pregnancy. Linda partly thanks her sporting background, which made her pregnant in good physically good condition. Julian Riikonen
Fitness influencer Linda Manuela31, got her firstborn last fall. Pregnancy was easy. Linda, who has been actively exercising all her life, was agile until the end and trained throughout pregnancy in almost the old way.
Linda says she has made a decision with himself at that time. She wouldn’t think too much about how big a change and becoming a mother would affect her body. Linda focused on enjoying the waiting time and did not stress.
After childbirth, the recovery started quickly. Then the stop came. The weight was stuck and no progress was made. It was difficult for Linda.
When Linda returned to train after pregnancy, she continued from what she had left before. However, he quickly noticed that it was no longer working. Linda was surprised for the first time after giving birth.
– I noticed that it felt difficult and did not work as before. It felt weird. It felt like I was in a foreign body, Linda tells Iltalehti.
According to Linda, motherhood has been even more wonderful than she could expect. Julian Riikonen
In addition to the changes brought about by pregnancy, it was influenced by the changed lifestyle. For example, with a baby, Linda does not sleep in the same way as before, so the body is more tired.
– I had to make my workout style much more gentle. It has worked well. Now I move my body listening and make sure I get back.
Currently, Linda is training to strengthen her body and coping. The enthusiasm for returning to tougher workouts is tough, but Linda hasn’t wanted to set the time limit.

Spouse’s support
The fitness coach has no external goals. Linda says she was afraid of the anxiety of external changes in advance, but fortunately it hasn’t come.
“I have tried to think that my body has done a really hard work, and to be grateful instead of starting to put on terrible pressure on myself that I should look exactly as before,” Linda says.
The world of thought is also influenced by the fact that now Linda is watching a small beginning of a person.
– I want to give him a healthy example of exercise and nutrition. I do not want to emphasize the appearance, but that they are doing well and taking care of myself.
In the midst of a new everyday life, the spouse’s support is also huge. Linda’s child’s father is rap artist William or Ville Virtanen. Ville makes sure that Linda also has time for herself and made Linda feel beautiful in the midst of all the stages.
– He always says I think I am perfect and not have to change anything. That’s what he always puts on me when I squeeze my stomach sausages in front of a mirror, Linda says.

Message to others
Becoming a mother has been a great experience for Linda as a whole. The first child is now six months old.
– Maternity has been more wonderful than I could have imagined. It was tense in advance when it comes to the first child that what was maternity would be. I am positively surprised by both pregnancy and motherhood, Linda rejoices.
Linda also sends her greetings to those who are difficult to recover from pregnancy and change your body.
– You have to give yourself time and permission to recover in peace. The most important thing is your own coping. You should not immediately tear up a hundred glasses and try to return to their old ways. Gentle and acceptance above, Linda says.
“A journey I don’t forget”

Linda has also shared her journey from her pregnancy, also returning on her Instagram account. He recently shared a pair of pictures where he fits the same jeans. One picture is from January, the other from April.
– A journey I will never forget, Linda wrote alongside the update.
– In the first picture, I’ve just got my favorite jeans back on the foot – those who didn’t even get over the thighs for a long time, let alone gone. I was so proud back then. Today, the same jeans sit relaxed and feel lighter, more energetic and, above all, more confident.
– This has not only been a journey to body change, but above all the journey back to myself. I recover from pregnancy and live a busy day, so workouts and lifestyles have been forced to build it, that is, gentle and flexible. Very little gymnastics, no performance. Mainly a smart diet, stroller and random balcony work on the bike.
– I have shown myself that change is possible without extremes, without giving up, at my own pace. I am not yet my goal, but I’m really close and proud of every step to this point, Linda Manuella wrote on Instagram.
