“I have faith in it, but it is very exciting,” says one of the students. On the Cartesius there are a few dozen students who can consider the gym as their second home in the coming weeks. “I have practiced a lot with practice exams and tests from last year,” says a girl from 6 VWO.
For Physics, only seven students merge in this specific gym. A group of girls are shocked when there is a camera in the gym: “Not more stress please!” Because for some students it is very exciting: “I really hope I make it,” says one of them.
Studying or a year of vacation
That it will be a tough period is certain, although not everyone agrees. A boy finds it “life -determining”, but a fellow student thinks that one overtrotation: “It’s nice if you take it, because you have learned for it for six years. But your life will not collapse if it doesn’t work.”
The most difficult profession is economy for many students. “And luckily they are only seven exams divided in two weeks, so then you have a little spread.” And what happens after the summer, that is now just care of later “I’m going to study at the VU. I will stay in Amsterdam, this is my city and I am not leaving” says one of the exam candidates. But much doesn’t know much either: “I’m going to work for a year and then think carefully about what I want.”
