Sunneva Sjögren tells Iltalehti about her current well -being after a hospital trip.

CEO of the Miss Finland competition Sunneva Sjögren He left for Mikkeli Hospital on Sunday because of his back problems. Sjögren tells Iltalehti that his back has been painful for two weeks.
– I had been on a shooting trip to Kemi with the missions, where I went straight to a business trip to Las Vegas. For a couple of weeks I sat a lot in the car, in the airplane and in different beds. I bet my back is annoyed by the strain because I haven’t been able to stay in my bed and I have had to sit a lot, he says.
Sjögren says he called the hospital and was instructed to use pain medication for the time being. On Sunday, the symptoms worsened so much that Sjögren ended up going to the hospital.
– Probably some further research is now being viewed. At this point, if the pain does not subsided with these drugs, you have to go to the hospital again. Then let’s see what is done, says the CEO.
– When the pain has subsided, then you have to go to a physiotherapist, she adds.

Sjögren is confident in further research as he believes the symptoms are due to his old injury. Sjögren was fiercely in a crash at the age of 14 and has been suffering from back problems ever since.
– I was in a crash where we went so -called through the tree to the roof. I remember when the doctor told me that my back was so little that nothing can be done about it. But it had gone so much that it would bother the rest of my life, says Sjögren.
“But it’s never so bad,” he says.
Back problems affect Sjögren’s life, for example, so that he walks on stage, for example.
– It’s hard for me to stand or sit still, but I’m used to living with it.

Sjögren says he can currently be very well in relation to the circumstances.
– My back is still a bit angry. Hopefully this will get this back, he says.
Sjögren has a spine support that allows her to move. Sjögren is optimistic about his situation.
– This is a good reminder that you should take good care of your abdomen. As long as I get this healthy, you have to start doing a back exercise and strengthening the mid -frame, Sjögren inches in accordance with the physiotherapist’s instructions.
– Age doesn’t come alone, he laughs.
