Eighties are not allowed to cycle to beloved meeting place: ‘Silly, with mobility scooter it is allowed’

Every day a couple of eighties come together to chat and discuss ‘the world problems’ in the southern harbor head in Scheveningen. Some, such as Piet (82) and Kris (86), have difficulty walking, so they cycle with a snail’s corridor to the end of the harbor head. That always went well.
