The Colombian Court of Appeal has opened an investigation into former cyclist and former winner of the Vuelta Luis Alberto ‘Lucho’ Herrera (63). In a broadcast of news program Noticias Uno, the former cyclist of it is accused of ordering the murder of four neighbors. Herrera strongly denies.
