Robert Ley is expanding its branch network with a new location in Monheim am Rhein and is planning further locations.

The clothing dealer based in Euskirchen opened a 3000 square meter store in Monheim am Rhein, said the retail expert Konrad Knoblauch GmbH, which was commissioned to store the store, on Thursday. The shop is located in the new Monheimer Tor shopping center.

“We want to develop Robert Ley into an Omni-Channel lifestyle brand. And it is important to have a common identity,” said Christian Schwenk, member of the Robert Ley management.

But then you turned to garlic again. The retail expert has been as a partner for the development and planning of conversions of several sales areas-such as Langerwehe and Mühlheim-Kärlich-alongside Robert Ley in the past few years and a half years. In 2017 she also delivered the concept for the headquarters in Euskirchen.

In the new two -story store there is also a lounge area on the ground floor in the women’s department and a café on the upper floor in the men’s department. It was particularly important for garlic to offer quality of stay in the store, explains Knoblauch interior design Lena Dünser.

Robert Ley plans more stores

The new location in Monheim is the first store after ten years, the statement says. It should not remain for the North Rhine-Westphalian retailer who currently operates 18 locations and employs 500 employees.

Next, a store is to be opened in Neuss, Schwenk told Knoblauch. The location is currently still branded as a Cruse Fashion Club, but is then “fully integrated into the Robert Ley Fashion World” in order to give the location “a stronger radiance”. In addition, the company also wants to expand further and keeps its eyes and ears for further locations. In addition to inpatient trade, e-commerce business should also be promoted.
