The stock markets in Asia open light in the Plus on Monday after the big losses last week. The Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong was 2.4 percent higher and the Japanese Nikkei fed 1.9 percent. They seem to respond to the news that the taxes on numerous electronics products are being largely reversed for the time being.
