The German team sports specialist Jako opens a new store in the Netherlands with local partners, the Teamshop89 Drechtsteden.
Together with Fedor van der Wolf and Robyn Geijp, an experienced duo in the area of corporate teamwear textiles, a shop in Alblasserdam near Rotterdam has now been opened, Jako said on Friday. The showroom for team sports collections and an integrated area for advice and finishing processes are housed on 125 square meters.
“With the TeamShop89 Drechtsteden, we have won an experienced partner who perfectly combined digitization and personal advice,” said Tobias Röschl, board member marketing & sales at Jako. “The new contact point in Alblasserdam is a strong signal for the further expansion of our concept in the Netherlands.”
There are currently around 40 TeamShop89 locations in Europe, including two business in the Netherlands.
