The Italian fashion house Etro Spa presented its new real estate project in Phuket, Thai on Wednesday.
With the luxury apartment system “Etro Residences Phuket”, the company celebrates “its debut on the Southeast Asian real estate market, where it will set new standards for luxurious living”, says a message. The completion of the project is currently planned for 2027.
In addition to apartments of various sizes, the facility, which is part of the luxury resort “Garden of Eden”, will also offer “a private wellness oasis, spa experiences, state-of-the-art fitness opportunities and a concierge service”, Etro explained.
The fashion house had already announced its first luxury property project last year. The “Etro Residences Istanbul” in the Turkish Bosphorus metropolis are to be completed this year.
The fashion house realizes the building in Phuket together with the local project developer Amal Development Co., Ltd. and the architecture firm The One Atelier, which is responsible for the designs. Pieces from the Etro Home Collection are used for the furnishings, for which the label has collaborated with the Oniro Group since 2017.
