Good news for Angel Daleman: Top talent gets dispensation and may sign professional contract

Angel Daleman can sign a contract with a professional skating team this spring. The KNSB gives her the dispensation that is needed for the 18-year-old talent. The union does not discuss the additional condition requested by two top teams that they could only be recorded for one season.
