Few of us have a tentacle name, but this has been the case for Otto Virtas. In 2002, the 4.7 % tentacle series was entered in the stores, which was discontinued at some point.
Last summer, Otto saw the light again, as Hartwall then launched 8 % Otto-Lonkeros as a result of the change in alcohol law.

One of the three was once again called Otto Virtanen. Tentacle happens to be named for a well -known tennis player Otto Virtanenwho has come to the public since the previous Otto-Lonkero.
– We did not intentionally choose the same name when we named the new Otto- after all, Virtanen is Finland’s second most common last name, says Hartwall’s Communications and Content Director Titta Jaakkola.
According to Jaakkola, Hartwall wants to avoid confusion between tennis player Otto and the tentacle, so they decided to change the name to Otto Kultana.
The first drinks under the new name are already on the shelves of shops and change rapidly to Otto Virtanen.
