8 BEUFORT.HAMBURG opens a store- in the Westfield Hamburg- Übersee district, right on the Elbe. The Hamburg label stands for minimalist design, honest materials and sustainable production in Europe.
Each couple is a handmade unique: made from used sails, lifeguards and natural materials such as chrome-free tanned leather, natural rubber or waxed organic cotton. It is produced in Portugal – together with reliable partners and a clear focus on quality and responsibility.
Since 2018, 8 BEUFORT.HAMBURG has followed the principle of upcycling – a simple, effective form of sustainable design. What is considered a waste elsewhere becomes the starting point for something new. Resources are spared, garbage is avoided, character preserved.
In the middle of a big name, 8 Beaufort.hamburg brings a quiet but certain manuscript into play. In the new store, clear lines meet real stories – worn by the wind, made with posture. Together with partners like Secumar, the label shows how sustainability will of course be part of modern design.
“Our sneakers have history – and a clear attitude. We believe in sustainability that does not have to explain, but simply works,” says Sabine Moormann, founder of 8 Beaufort.hamburg.
