“Anticipating is the key word,” says Arjen Livyns. “With Pogacar, Van der Poel or Van Aert becomes almost impossible. Pedersen can be followed on the flat, but uphill it is a different story.”
The team will try to attack early. “Old Kwaremont is an option for the second time, but if you are already gone, you avoid the hectic,” says Livyns. “You have to hope for a super day. In these races you will be punished immediately if you are less good.”
