The German ice hockey star Leon Draisaitl has been injured again. In the 3: 2 of the Edmonton Oilers in the NHL against the San Jose Sharks, Draisaitl left the field in the second third and went into the cabin for investigations.
Nothing was communicated about the type of injury. Draisaitl, who had just returned from an almost two -week injury break with four missed games, had played the 2-1 before being replaced at the beginning of the second third and thus booked his 106th scorer point.
Oilers full on play-off course
He leads the NHL goal shooter list with 52 goals and is third in the ranking of the best scorers – but now he threatens the next forced break.
The Oilers have not yet secured participation in the playoffs. The Oilers, who, after their third victory in a row, are still fully on play-off course in the west, must currently do without Connor McDavid. The Star Center has failed since March 20.
Support with an assist
Meanwhile, Tim Stützle celebrated a 2-1 against Tampa Bay Lightning with the Ottawa Senators. The national player put on the goal for the meantime 2-0. In view of seventh place in the east, the team from Canada’s capital has been looking after the first play-off participation of the team.
