Restaurant professionals voted the winner of Restaurant Palace’s top 50 restaurants in Finland for the sixth time in a row.
Editor -in -Chief of the Five Stars Publication Eeropekka Rislakki said at the Studio Skaala at a prize -giving ceremony at Vallila’s workshop that the list has been alive.
– Already last year, I noticed how important the service and staff are, Rislakki says.

2. Grilling is a big phenomenon. With grilling, the meat is more prominent in restaurants, which has led to the disappearance of the meat. The meat has made a comeback, even though the grill also contains fish, vegetables and shellfish.
