“The goal and the dream was always the first division. If there is a way to take this step in summer, we will seriously deal with it,” said Oliver Seibert, consultant of the 22-year-old, in the “Sky” show “Transfer Update”.

There is certainly interest in the freshly baked U21 international. “Bild” had recently reported that Double winner Bayer Leverkusen has already imagined the club bosses and has inquired about the situation of the midfielder.

Jander had only switched from MSV Duisburg to the 1st FC Nürnberg last summer. At the 1st FC Nürnberg, the central midfielder still has a contract until 2028.
