Police helicopter suddenly drops hundreds of meters: ‘Fortunately it has finished well’

A police helicopter that suddenly became unmanageable fell down hundreds of meters in October. That happened above Zoetermeer. The device fell hundreds of meters down in half a minute, until the pilot got the machine under control. The Dutch Safety Board (OVV) investigates the events and speaks of a ‘serious incident’.
