The renovation market continues to grow. Last year, 41 percent of all homeowners in Belgium carried out at least one major renovation job. That is the highest figure in years. Bieke Gepts from market research agency Essencia Marketing and Niko Demeester from sector federation Embuild explain why this happens, which renovations we do most often and how the future can look bright.
