Comes from relegated Regensburg
FC Ingolstadt 04 presented their first newcomer in Leon Guwara. The 26-year-old left-back comes on a free transfer from second division relegated SSV Jahn Regensburg. Guwara contributed four assists in 21 appearances last season.
“With his dynamism and his drive to attack, we have gained a full-back who is not only convincing defensively, but above all when playing with the ball. Leon fits perfectly into our philosophy and – coupled with his experience – will be an important element in our game,” said sporting director Ivica Grlic.
