Just 24 hours after the Russians launched a massive attack on Kiev and other Ukrainian cities, the Ukrainian retaliation is as harsh as it is surprising. At least fifty drones headed towards St. Petersburg in a coordinated attack on oil infrastructure in the Baltic Sea port, a military base and the city center. “If you succeed in hitting targets there, you will upset Putin and the Russian authorities,” says defense specialist Roger Housen. Does this point to a breakthrough for Ukraine?
