Whether Nick Woltemade (23), Paul Wanner (19), Muhammed Damar (21) or Fisnik Asllani (22) – in recent years, many an offensive talent at SV 07 Elversberg has made more than just talking. Jarzinho Malanga from VfB Stuttgart wants to do it the same in the 2025/26 season and switches to the second division, as he said.
At the Swabians, the 18 -year -old left wing, who had scored two goals and four templates in 30 games in the 3rd league for the 2nd team of past season, still under contract until 2027. Malanga increased its market value over the course of the season from its starting value from 700,000 euros to 1.7 million euros.
“Jarzinho is a highly talented player and brings exactly the qualities that can enrich our offensive game. With his dynamics and ball skills, he can get involved. Malanga added: “I am very excited about the season here in Elversberg. The SVE stands for brave, offensive football – that fits my playing style well. I want to take the next step here, develop myself further and give everything to support the team as best as possible.”
At VfB, Stephan Hildebrandt, director of the young performance center, commented: “VfB and Jarzinho-this is now a small success story of our NLZ. Since the U17 with us, he not only successfully undergone our school training program, but also earned his first Champions League short missions with outstanding performance in the U19 and the 3. League. Minted offensive game is one of the last season’s vertical stars.
