A starting driver put it on the Westerparklaan in Breda on Wednesday evening. Agents saw the 19-year-old by more than a hundred kilometers per hour, while a maximum of fifty is normally allowed there.
The police did not include that lightly: the young man’s driving license has been collected. After correction, he appeared to have driven 51 kilometers per hour too fast.
