Since June 2024, Miroslav Klose has been a trainer at the 1st FC Nürnberg – and therefore also jewel grinder. Klose philosophy is also evident in the Greek talent of Stefanos Tzimas, which had come to the club about a year ago. How do you work with a young player like Tzimas? “I’m trying to read the players with my coaching team,” said Klose at “Blickpunkt Sport”.
He has the youngsters train with the team for two weeks, analyzes videos, he scans the player, defines strengths and weaknesses. Tzima’s move to Brighton: “Will continue to improve”
Talents like Tzimas then often take the next (development) steps to other clubs. The Greek, for example, moves to Brighton & Hove Albion to the Premier League in summer. A decision that the 2014 world champion can understand: “We spoke. I know where to go.
