The handball players of HV Volendam have defeated Hurry-Up from Drenthe. It became 32-30 in Zwartemeer. Because of the victory, Volendam crawls to Aalsmeer in second place, which only has one point more. Second place at the end entitles to play-offs for the championship.
Volendam will play against Bevo at home on May 6, while Aalsmeer will visit Tachos. The North Holland derby on May 9 can be very important in the battle for second place.
