Zsolt Lőw was most recently Thomas Tuchel’s assistant coach. Now the 45-year-old is apparently becoming a consultant of Red Bull and Jürgen Klopp.
He worked as an assistant coach at Paris Saint-Germain, at Chelsea at FC Chelsea and Bayern Munich under Thomas Tuchel. Now Zsolt Lőw has apparently found a new challenge. As “Bild” reports, the 45-year-old is now a consultant for Red Bull and Jürgen Klopp.
Accordingly, Lőw will work as a “Head of Soccer Developement” at RB. What does that mean exactly? The Tuchel’s ex-Co coach should not only develop the game philosophy, but also act as an important consultant for Jürgen Klopp and the technical director Mario Gomez. According to the newspaper, there were also secret meetings between the three.
In addition, Lőw for Red Bull is to advance the analysis and development of trainers and players. He already knows the RB work environment. He worked at FC Liefering as an assistant coach under Peter Zeidler (2012 to 2014), at RB Salzburg under Adi Hütter (2014 to 2015) and at RB Leipzig under Ralph Hasenhüttl and Ralf Rangnick (2015 to 2018).
