Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said during a video address at the COP27 climate conference in Egypt’s Sharm el-Sheikh that Russia has made climate policy impossible by invading Ukraine. “There can be no effective climate policy without peace on Earth,” said Zelensky.
