Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky “is open” to talks with China, but has “not yet seen a peace proposal from that country”. China’s top diplomat Wang Yi said last week that China will come up with a peace plan just as Western leaders accuse Beijing of preparing arms deliveries to Russia.
