Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced his readiness to negotiate with Russian President Vladimir Putin and warned that their failure would speak of a “third world war.”
“I am ready to negotiate with him. I’ve been ready for the last two years.” said Ukrainian leader in an interview with CNN. He added that it would hardly be possible to end hostilities without negotiations.
Zelensky noted that Ukraine should use any format and any chance for a diplomatic solution. “But if these attempts fail, it will mean that this is the third world war,” he added.
Erdogan again offered Putin a meeting with Zelensky in Turkey
Zelensky several times called on Putin to hold a personal meeting. According to him, Kyiv achieves this in the negotiations by representatives of the Russian delegation.
