Jellyfish
Beach visitors report on social media that many jellyfish were floating off the coast. “There were no more than usual,” explains Ernst Brokmeier van de Zandvoortse Rescue Brigade. “As always at Oostenwind, we have treated a few jellyfish bites. Furthermore, there were no other questions other than usual. It was especially pleasantly busy, until late in the evening.”
This weekend it will probably be warm again. On the Zandvoort beach it is therefore Luminosity Beach Festival, A busy multi -day dance festival. “Tomorrow we look ahead on the coming weekend,” said Moolenburgh.
Zandvoort and NATO top
In the coming days, the NATO summit in The Hague. The zone boundary of the area where you can and cannot sail is between Noordwijk and Zandvoort. “From here you only see some naval ships sailing, but it is,” said Moolenburgh.
