The streets of Zandvoort color orange these days. Many residents of the seaside resort are already busy hanging downs, garlands and images of Max Verstappen. “This is nice all those decorations,” says a resident of the Van Speijkstraat, while he confirms an orange flag line in his front garden.
Village festival
For three days, Zandvoort is bustling, and the cosiness in the streets is reminiscent of a village festival. Yet the popularity of the Dutch Grand Prix is decreasing slightly. Where the first editions were sold out stiffly, tickets will be available for all days next weekend.
