Zalando will offer Beats products from Friday and Apple products from Wednesday. The range extension applies to the markets of Germany, France, Italy, Austria and Switzerland.
The addition of the two brands is in line with Zalando’s vision to be a one-stop shop for fashion and lifestyle, the company said on Friday. In addition to fashion items, customers can now also be offered matching tech accessories.
Included products include Apple Watches, Airpods, HomePods and other Apple accessories, as well as Beats tech accessories. Andreas Roedls, Vice President at Zalando Herren says: “We believe that fashion and technology are closely linked. Tech accessories – such as headphones, smartwatches or cell phone cases – are part of today’s fashion and complement one’s personal style.”
The expansion of the range is accompanied by a marketing campaign in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, which includes, among other things, a social media cooperation with fashion-loving influencers.
