Similarities to another song are striking

But the release of “Rede” is accompanied by controversy. Rapper Andijola Juli accuses Zah1de of copying her song. Andijola’s track is also titled “Rede” and was released on June 6, 2025. Striking: Both songs have similar structures, and the change in rap lines between the artists is very similar. These are the lines in the song by Zah1de feat. Benno: “Benno, talk, talk, talk, talk / Zah1de, talk, talk, talk, talk,” while Andijola and Sion rap similarly: “Talk, talk, talk, brother, talk / Talk, talk, talk, sister, talk.” The characteristics of flow, language and intonation are actually very similar in both songs.

Claims about TikTok

Andijola publicly demands on TikTok that Zah1de should delete the song. She emphasizes that inspiration from her track is obvious as both songs were created with the same people in the background. Fans support her and comment: “Yours is better” and “You deserve the credits”. At the same time, some users see parallels to Shirin David’s hit “Gib ihr”, especially in the chorus flow.

Sample disputes are common

In the German music scene, many artists work with the same producers – similarities are therefore not uncommon. However, when sampling, the relevant copyrights must always be observed. A prominent example is Robin Thicke & Pharrell Williams’ “Blurred Lines” case, which resulted in a large damages award because it was too similar to Marvin Gaye’s “Got to Give It Up.”

Zah1de himself has not yet commented on the allegations. Both songs get even more attention. So far, only individual singles have been collected on Zah1de’s Spotify account – she has not yet confirmed an entire album.
