The accident happened just before 8 a.m. this morning on regional road N38, near the intersection with Grote Branderstraat. Work is going on there.
According to police, the car crashed into the tractor trailer. The driver, a 22-year-old woman from Poperinge, was slightly injured. She had to go to the hospital in Ypres for treatment.
Her car suffered front damage and had to be towed.
