The 30 -hectare estate in Bucks County has a lavender farm and special area for equestrian sport. The 61-year-old Hadid bought the estate in 2017 and says he had spent good moments with her children Bella, Gigi and Anwar Hadid.

“Bella and Gigi rode around their horses on the farm without a saddle and trained in the Springarena, so close to New York and their busy career,” said Hadid. “It is really a piece of heaven, a sanctuary and our safe haven.”

The house, which was built in 1810, has three bedrooms, a fitness room, five bathrooms and five fireplaces. It also has a professional equestrian sport facility of over 740 square meters. Next to the main building there are three other houses on the site. There are more than 3000 lavender plants in the garden.
