The Ciao rakas series is the result of Finnish and Italian cooperation.

The Italian Carmine doesn’t plan to fall in love with the young reindeer herder Maren Elle, but it turns out the other way around. Janne-Pekka Manninen / Juho Jalagin, General

A series created as a Finnish and Italian collaboration Ciao dear! is presented today in its entirety as a rerun.

When the series was first seen last December, viewers’ opinions were divided, even exceptionally strongly. Some fell in love with the language, landscapes and diversity. Others condemned the series as silly, long-winded and clichéd.

Arena to Facebook written by Tiina belongs to both groups a bit.

– Nice landscapes and thumbs up for a different environment and the meeting of cultures. It was nice to hear the Sámi language and see Lapland. The script was the weakest link. If you like silly Harlequin romance novels, this is sure to hit the spot.

There is the same opinion Nope.

– The scenery was great, but the script was quite lame and clichéd. Cooperation is a plus.

Carmine (center) arrives in Finland with his friends Enzo and Antonio. Some viewers suspect that perhaps the characters are meant to be caricatures. Janne-Pekka Manninen, Yle

Anne on the other hand, he wonders if maybe there is something wrong with him when he didn’t like the series at all – even though so many others did.

– Well, I didn’t like it either. Quite strange, Sea comfort.

– Many like it, I don’t. Quite a silly and clichéd thing to do, another one too Sea comment.

Also moved from Italy to Finland John understand Anne.

– It’s not just stupid, it’s downright horrible, the man knocks out and then lists what’s wrong.

– From the dialogue (often mistranslated, but understandable; Actors speak slang, not even Italian or Neapolitan) to the acting and music. Maybe Yle could have gotten something better from Italian national television.

– The script and direction are really embarrassing.

Terhi and Ari have a different opinion. They were hit and sunk.

– Eventful, beautiful landscape, Sámi language, Italian language, ended comfortably in love, the duo lists the pluses.

Sunná, the life partner of Carmine’s late older brother, believes that Salvatore did not die by accident. Over

From Anki the series is funny From Merv nice and About the sister a little different, in a good way.

– This was an absolutely wonderful series. So touching, so emotional. Oh, if there was a sequel, Tiina in turn hopes.

– A fun, simple feel-good series! Helena evaluate.

– Appropriately contradictory and delicious for an Italian, Sanne-Maija thanks

Ciao dear series is about the Neapolitan Carmine. He inherits the cabin of his older brother Salvatore, who allegedly died in an accident in Finnish Lapland. It can be sold as long as Carmine has lived in the cabin for two months first, and that’s exactly what Carmine plans to do. Falling in love with the young local reindeer herder Maren Elle is definitely not part of the plans – especially since Carmine already has enough female concerns at home.
