In a fraction of a second, Yaron Tack (24) had to decide: watch or help. During a relaxed car ride on Sunday he suddenly saw a home in Lijgaie in the West-Flemish Sint-Baafs-Vijve (Wielsbeke). Not much later he dragged the 63-year-old resident out, just on time. “Only then did I realize what had happened … I couldn’t continue driving myself.”
