Runner Wouter Olthof from Groningen has won the Oliebollenloop over 4000 meters in Gorredijk. He was immediately followed at 11 seconds by Edwin Slijkhuis from Zuidhorn. Reinie Boven from Finsterwolde was the first woman to cross the finish line. Half a minute after her, Nynke Altena from Emmeloord finished second.
