Aerosmith canceled all Las Vegas shows in December. The reason for this is the health problems of singer Steven Tyler.
The band only shared on Facebook that he cannot attend the concerts on medical advice. The condition of the 74-year-old is not described in more detail.
The band canceled performances on December 2nd and 5th at short notice. Tyler commented at the time, “On the advice of my doctor, I’m taking more time to rest.” In a post, the band apologized for the inconvenience, writing, “There’s no place we’d rather be than on stage , surrounded by the biggest fans in the world.”
The Las Vegas shows were supposed to take place in June but were cancelled. Tyler was in rehab at the time after relapsing after foot surgery. The failed shows should now be made up for in December.
