There are plenty of different performers at the festivals organized in Espoo.
The Weekend festival returns to Espoo’s Vermo event park in the Disconation spirit as Northern Europe’s largest electronic dance music festival. The festival will take place over two days, August 2-3, 2024.
On Friday, the opening day of the festival, the world-famous Tiësto and Norwegian Alan Walker will play.
According to the festival announcement, the artist Alesso has been confirmed as the second main performer on Saturday. His most famous hits include, among others Heroes, Let Me Go and When I’m Gone. Another headliner on Saturday is a DJ and producer Timmy Tumpet. His well-known songs include, among others Freaks and Punjabi.
In addition to the main performers, this year’s Weekend Festival will feature, among other things Boris Brejcha, Showtek, Will Sparks, Tungevaag and Darude. For the first time, one of the stages is completely curated by the artists of the international record company, FCKNG Serious label.
All in all, more than 60 artists will perform at the Weekends.
