Gina Brückenkemper recently drew attention to herself with some sporting successes. Now she gave an update from her private life.
The German athlete Gina Brückenkemper has gotten engaged. The 26-year-old shared several photos on Instagram over the weekend. In one, she holds her left hand into the camera – an engagement ring with a sparkling stone can be seen on her ring finger.
Brückenkemper wrote: “Looking back at an amazing offseason. Excited for everything that lies ahead (in German: I look back on a great offseason and look forward to everything that lies ahead.)”.

Her future husband is Stefan Vogel, with whom she lives in Bamberg. The two have been a couple for many years and have often appeared together in public. Now the wedding follows.
Another milestone in Brückenkemper’s life. Recently she has also had many successes in sport. In September, Brückenkemper won her second World Cup bronze in the relay. In 2024 there was also a bronze medal at the Olympics. The multiple European champion and German champion is now preparing for the new season – and has another special date in mind with her wedding.
