World Cup bronze for Alexander Doom with the Tornados

World Cup bronze for Alexander Doom with the Tornados

What a success story the Belgian relay team is writing again. Again with a star role for Alexander Doom. He came in third on the team, replacing Jonathan Saccoor, and did not disappoint. Dylan Borlée started very quickly, Julien Watrin had to miss a place but with a brilliant 400 meters Alexander Doom was able to lead the Belgian team again to third place, past Trinidad & Tobago. Final runner Kevin Borlée even came close to Jamaica, but silver was too ambitious.

A very handsome bronze medal for the Belgians in 2’58″72, after Jamaica and the United States. An equalization is that of the bronze medal that the Tornados also won at the World Cup in 2019.
