Working four days – with retention of salary – is enough

Work four days, get paid for five days and both employee and employer are satisfied. It sounds too good to be true and yet more and more tests from companies agree that this is how it works. The employee feels more comfortable, is sick less often and is more productive, which in total also makes an employer happy.
