The Panthers remain unbeatable in the championship and sink Florence 3-0. In Pesaro the Piedmontese achieved a difficult 2-3 draw against Vallefoglia at the end of a spectacular tie-break

At the Palaverde the Panthers dominate Florence with a flawless performance and confirm their unbeaten record in the championship. Vallefoglia-Novara resolved only with the advantages of the tie-break in favor of the Piedmontese.

Conegliano – Florence 3-0 (25-12,25-22,25-13)

All went smoothly for Conegliano who sank Florence at the Palaverde, suffering their fourth consecutive defeat, 3-0. The Panthers’ journey continues unabated and they have never suffered a defeat in this championship. Outside of Haak, Zhu Ting and Fahr, Santarelli’s girls led the match from start to finish, with the exception of part of the second set where the lilies caused some trouble. The match saw the Venetians attack with greater vehemence and precision (61%) than the Tuscans (32%). Malual was subpar (25% in attack and 6 points), as were Nervini (38% and 9 points) and Davyskiba (23% and 3 points). Excellent performance from central Chirichella with 10 points (80% in attack), eventually awarded MVP.

Conegliano: Merit Adigwe 16 points, team blocks 1, team aces 10 (3 Lubian).

Florence: Nervini 9 points, team blocks 5, team aces 1.

Vallefoglia – Novara 2-3 (29-27, 17-25, 17-25, 25-23,17-19)

Exciting match at the Palamegabox in Pesaro where, after over 2 and a half hours, Novara won 2-3 with the advantage of the tie-break. The first set ended in favor of the home team, while in the next two the Piedmontese had the upper hand and seemed destined for an easy victory. Pistola’s girls, however, rose again in the fourth set, then taking the match to the fifth, playing point for point until the end. Tolok was devastating, scoring 36 points (MVP and top scorer), Squarcini Ishikawa and captain Bosio did well. For Vallefoglia, waiting for the injured Degradi, 20 points for Bici, despite many errors in the offensive phase, Lee did well (59% in attack and 16 points), Candi (61% and 18 points with 10 blocks) and Weitzel (52% and 13 points). For Novara there are now 25 points in the standings, which allow it to remain tied to the leading quartet, and Megabox at 15, in eighth place despite the fifth consecutive defeat.

Novara: Tolok 36 points, team blocks 11, team aces 5.
