Eighth game, seventh defeat, only one draw so far: Turbine Potsdam is still waiting for its first win of the season in the women’s Bundesliga after the game at TSG Hoffenheim.
At the start of the 8th matchday, the bottom team conceded a 1:3 (0:0) defeat against fourth-placed TSG Hoffenheim in front of 713 spectators at their home Karl Liebknecht Stadium.
After conceding goals from Katharina Naschenweng (49th minute), Ereleta Memeti (64th) and Melissa Kössler (65th), only Pauline Deutsch (73rd) scored for Potsdam. With just one point, the situation for the Brandenburg women in the table cellar is getting worse and worse.
Hoffenheim, on the other hand, consolidated their fourth place in the table with their fifth win of the season.
