A woman from Leende discovered an enormous damage to her car on Saturday evening after a walk with her dogs in the Leenderbos. In the back of the car at the bumper there was a large, completely open hole, reports Heeze Leende 24 Sunday.
The car was in the parking lot near the loose area of the forest. The cause of the damage was driven away without reporting.
Thanks to the GPS tracker on her dog, the woman now knows that the collision must have taken place between a quarter past seven and eight hours. It is probably a white or metallic gray car, possibly with a towbar. “This happened with rude violence,” she reports. “And then no note … that feels wry.”
The owner has asked for camera images at a nearby riding school and a hotel, but that has yielded nothing so far.
